Peter’s Background in Publishing
Peter began his writing career as a technical writer in 1989 and has been writing, editing, and publishing ever since. He’s published four novels, two poetry collections, a chapter book, and a book to help you make big life decisions. He’s been published in literary journals, won contests and awards, and been featured or quoted in such publications as US News & World Report, Reader’s Digest Online, and Money Magazine.
He’s also edited business publications from industry tech reviews to a healthcare survey reports, and he’s run technical writing and marketing departments in both nonprofits and corporations. He currently serves on the board of directors of the San Francisco Writers Conference, where he’s volunteered for 15 years. Here are a few publications in which Peter’s name has appeared:
The Gray Bear Imprint: Gray Bear Publications
Peter and Antoinette founded Gray Bear Publications in 2023 with the mission of bringing more art, knowledge, and wisdom to the world. Through Gray Bear Publications, they have so far published two collections of photography and poetry as well as RELIT: How to Rekindle Yourself in the Darkness of Compassion Fatigue and Take Your Time Before Time Takes You: How to Make the Most of Every Day.
